Group therapy

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity for children, adolescents, and adults connect and share experiences, feelings, challenges, fears, and more. Group work can help by providing new perspectives and positive role models. It can also provide the opportunity to become a positive role model, and strengthen one's self-image and self-esteem. We more easily learn from one another through observation and admiration, and connecting with each other helps develop the ability to empathize and connect, and reduces feelings of isolation or loneliness.

We offer group therapy at any age, including adults. With our adolescent and adult clients, dialectical behavioral therapy, skill building, and processing of life's challenges all fit well into the group setting.
