Support & Therapy Groups

Starting Fall 2025

We're currently offering two social skills groups for children aged 3-5 and 6-9. These groups are run by clinician Sara Loesch, LMSW, PMH-C.

Sara also facilitates a support group for parents & caregivers of children with Persistent Drive for Autonomy/Pathological Demand Avoidance profiles.

Cognitive-behavioral groups

These groups focus on addressing issues like anxiety, stress management, and trauma, among others, through various cognitive behavioral therapy methods. The aim of these groups is to rewire the way you approach your thoughts, which affect your feelings and behavior immensely.

Interpersonal groups

These groups focus on developing, addressing, and correcting different interpersonal behavioral patterns that can lead to conflict and distress in everyday life. Various communicational and behavioral approaches work in these groups, depending on the needs of the participants.
