In cognitive therapy, the focus is on what people think, and how thought patterns affect feelings and behavior.
Motivational Interviewing
A collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication with particular attention to the language of change. Explores and strengthens personal motivations for behavioral change.
DIR/Floortime
A relationship-based therapy that follows the child's lead, emphasizes emotional development, individual differences, and trusting relationships
Individual therapy
Individual psychotherapy helps children and adults understand their behavioral, emotional, thought and relational patterns, and make positive choices.


Group therapy
Group therapy helps children, adolescents, and adults work through issues and find solutions by interacting with a therapist and a group of peers with similar goals.
